河北军星生物化工有限公司成立于 1993年，其前身为中国人民解放军第9097工厂，公司位于河北省曲周城西工业区军星路1号。历经30多年的发展，成为了一家集研制开发、生产、销售、科技咨询为一体的综合性生产企业。占地面积20000余平方米，生产全部采用机械化自动流水生产线，主要生产销售“军星”牌、“捷邦”牌，杀虫剂、杀螨剂、叶面肥、增效剂。
